Bruce Griffiths is one of our business partners when it comes to helping with talent development. He serves as President and Founder of Organization Systems International (OSI), based in San Diego. Since 1980, OSI has specialized in talent and leadership development with a focus on competency development using his Polaris® Competency Model. He is a recognized thought leader in the area of competency development and modeling, having published numerous articles along with speaking at dozens of conferences. Bruce has written two books, Competencies at Work (2015) and Redefining Competency Based Education (2018).
Bruce holds a BS - US Coast Guard Academy and an MS-Industrial/Organizational Psychology, San Diego State University.
