Winsor is an accomplished business partner who worked in senior level leadership positions in three publicly traded manufacturing companies.


With a passion in collaborative leadership and team development, along with coaching, his professional background has contributed to the  development of managers at all levels.  He brings a deep understanding of what it takes to successfully transition through the leadership pipeline from front line manager to the C-Suite. 


An intuitive and results oriented leader himself, he engages people on a dynamic and interactive development path, enhancing their ability to be highly effective and insightful leaders.

Bruce Griffiths

Bruce Griffiths is one of our business partners when it comes to helping with talent development.  He serves as President and Founder of Organization Systems International (OSI), based in San Diego.  Since 1980, OSI has specialized in talent and leadership development with a focus on competency development using his Polaris® Competency Model.  He is a recognized  thought leader in the area of competency development and modeling, having published numerous articles along with speaking at dozens of conferences.  Bruce has written two books, Competencies at Work (2015) and  Redefining Competency Based Education (2018).


Bruce holds a BS - US Coast Guard Academy and an MS-Industrial/Organizational Psychology, San Diego State University.
