Bruce Griffiths is President and Founder of Organization Systems International (OSI), based in San Diego. Since 1980, OSI has specialized in talent and leadership development with a focus on competency development using his Polaris® Competency Model. He is a recognized thought leader in the area of competency development and modeling, having published numerous articles along with speaking at dozens of conferences. Bruce has written two books, Competencies at Work (2015) and Redefining Competency Based Education (2018).
Bruce holds a BS - US Coast Guard Academy and an MS-Industrial/Organizational Psychology, San Diego State University.
Tim Reeves is Principal and Founder of Tim Reeves & Son, specializing in developing board game simulations, based in Portland, Oregon. He's developed (and delivered) numerous experiential learning solutions for many industries while working for BTS and The Regis Company over the past 25 years. Recent projects included design and delivery of systems dynamics computer simulations, scenario-based computer simulations, and board game simulations.
Tim holds a BA - University of Western Ontario, MBA - Columbia University, and PhD (ABD) - Economics from McGill University.
