In 2007, I wrote my first book, The Collaborator, where I married my passion for leadership with my passion for sport. In the book I introduced people to a new, innovative way to develop collaborative leaders who produce win-win outcomes.
In 2014, I left the corporate world and started my consulting, training, and coaching business with a focus on collaborative leadership development. This led to co-developing a new team development training program in 2016, called The Collaboration Game, designed to help people develop a collaborative mind-set and skill set to enact genuine team collaboration in the workplace.
In 2018, I was asked to serve as a contributing author by the Association for Talent Development (ATD) to write Chapter Three - Collaboration, for their book, Focus on Them.
And in 2021, I published my latest book, Game of Teams, to help people kick-start their journey to become a collaborative leader.
Prior to all of that, I wrote articles for the National Soccer Coaches Association of America's Soccer Journal in 1997 -1998 and The Journal of the Human Resources Planning Society (1995).
